"Helpful and Low-Pressure Experience"
I stopped by the firearms department at scheels and wasn’t totally sure what I was doing at first. The guy helping me was really easy to talk to and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured, which I appreciated. I asked a few questions that probably sounded basic, but he answered them without making me feel dumb and let me take my time. Checkout went smoothly too, and they explained the paperwork in a way that made sense. I left feeling good about the whole thing, and I’d definitely go back

"We went as a family and…"
We went as a family and the kids had a good time. The play areas helped a lot, and they were into the fish tanks too, which was nice because, you know, it gives them something to focus on for a bit. The store is huge, so after a while it does start to feel like... okay, we’ve been walking forever. But overall it was a easy trip with the kids, and no major meltdowns, so I’d call that a win.

I was able to find what I needed quickly, which was nice. The checkout felt a little clunky though, like maybe it was designed more for getting all the steps in than making it feel simple for the customer. Not a huge issue, but it did slow things down a bit.

"Replacement showed up eventually"
I did get my replacement in the end, it just took a little longer than I expected. I kept checking the tracking while making coffee in the mornings, so it felt like it dragged on, but it eventually arrived and everything was fine once it got here.

The store itself was clean and easy to shop in, which I appreciated. The only thing I noticed was that the bathrooms could definitely be checked more often, they weren’t terrible, but a little extra attention would make a BIG difference

I ordered some new sports gear from scheels.com and the fittting help was better than I expected. I wasn’t totally sure what size to get, but it made it easy to choose the right one. When everything showed up, it all fit good and I didn’t have to mess with returns or anything. Defintely would use them again.

I had a question about my order and expected it to take a while, but customer service got back to me way faster than I thought. What I appreciated most was that they actually answered the exact thing I asked, not some copy-paste reply that misses the point. Even the little details in the order info were handled clearly, which I always notice. They got it sorted without turning it into a whole back-and-forth, so I’m happy with how easy it was.

I’ve ordered from scheels a few times now and I’ve been happy with them. Their prices are literally always fair, maybe not the absolute cheapest every time, but usually close, and they don’t seem to mark stuff way up like some other sites do. Shipping was reasonable too, so overall it’s been a solid experience.

"Easy fix after an order mix-up"
One item in my order showed up wrong, so I emailed scheels thinking it was probably going to turn into a whole thing. But they replied quickly, sent out the correct item, and didn’t make me deal with a bunch of extra steps or paperwork. it was way easier than I expected, which... yeah, that kind of customer service makes a difference. I’d definitely order from them again. 5 stars.

I had to return a pair of shoes because they didn’t fit quite right, scheels made the exchange painless. Customer service was friendly and didn’t make it a big deal, which I really appreciated. It did take a few days to get the new size, so it wasn’t exactly super fast, but that seems normal, right? My only real complaint is that the shipping updates could’ve been clearer. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d order from them again.

I stopped in looking for a few things and wasn’t totally sure where everything was. The employees were really friendly and helped point me in the right direction, which made the trip a lot easier. When I was ready to leave, checkout was quick and simple too. Overall, I had a good experience.

I ordered from scheels and figured it would take at least a week, but it showed up in just a couple days. I got the tracking info right away too, which was really helpful. Everything was packed well and arrived earlier than expected. I’m really happy with how quick the whole process was and I’d definitely order from them again.

I was a little annoyed at first because I found the same shoes cheaper right after I ordered them, but Scheels made the price match super easy. I just hopped on a quick chat, and they handled it with no hassle. The refund showed up fast too, so I ended up feeling really happy with the whole experience...

I’ve ordered from SCHEELS.com a few times now, so I can’t really speak for everything they sell, but my experience has been solid. I got some fishing gear and a pair of shoes, and both showed up in good shape and didn’t feel cheap. The shoes fit like they should, and the gear has held up well so far, at least from the use I’ve gotten out of it. Prices aren’t always the lowest, but from what I’ve ordered, the quality seems worth it. Overall, I’m happy with them...
